Heros Consulting Inc. does not sell your personal information. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of — but you still have the rights below under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA).
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days if needed, with notice).
Send a CCPA requestTo protect your information, we need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will typically do this by confirming you control the email address on your account. For deletion requests, we may ask you to re-confirm through a second message.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written permission from you and we may contact you directly to verify.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser and device sending the signal, in addition to any opt-out request you submit directly.
